The students here do a "secret pal" thing here except they call it Angels and Mortals. Each Angel picks a mortal out of a "hat".... or in our case a plastic storage container. They pray for their mortal throughout a certain time period and then reveal who they were praying for at the end. This Sunday the angels will reveal themselves to their mortals and also give them a gift.
With approximately 50 students participating this has meant a lot of extra shopping for me in fact I think soon they will know me on a first name basis in many of the stores on Guam. At least Kmart..... I wonder if they have a "frequent flyer" program there. :o)
