On Monday afternoons I meet with my RA's and Daisy who is my helper. Kind of like an assistant Dean but without the authority that goes along with the position. We discuss issues in the dorm, both with students and the facilities. Then we spend time praying for the students and the school. Here is a picture of Maybellene, Daisy, and Alicia during our last meeting. I actually look forward to these meetings because not only are they great women - they are all very funny. I think Dave (whose office is next to my apartment) is not as fond of these meetings and all the laughing that we do in the process.
