Yuck!

I don't know what has changed here exactly but this year seems to be the year of the BUG. Besides having a plethora of HUGE Spiders making their homes across campus. (This one right outside my apartment), mosquitoes and ants also seem to be on a mission to take over the island. I don't remember either being so plentiful last year. In fact I don't remember any mosquitoes at all. None the less, every day seems to be a battle....some days the bugs are winning, some days I make a little ground in the war. I did learn that a few measly little ants DON'T ruin a cake in the eyes of an islander. I am all for things not going to waste.
