Actually the decorations started going up right after Halloween..... Here are some of the decorations in downtown Tumon. As you can see Santa is coming on a sailboat. It feel weird and almost wrong considering it is still in the 80's.

Poor Santa! He must sweat like crazy in the big suit & beard down there. Are those dolphins pulling his sailboat? so wrong!!
